A public invitation and recommendation process will be conducted to nominate deserving police officers from each region. This process will be carried out through surveys and public suggestions.

All received nominations will be evaluated by the selection committee based on key parameters such as duty dedication, service record, honesty, and social contribution.

The final decision will be approved by a jury constituted by the organizing committee. The jury will include respected personalities such as judges/retired judges, retired IPS officers, non-political public representatives, senior citizens, and journalists.

Since the foundation’s aim is to recognize sincere and hardworking police officers who have not yet received any government recognition, those already awarded with any national or state-level police honor will be ineligible for Abhirakshak Lok Samman.

The organizing committee and jury will be constituted by Anjaan Jee Foundation.
The committee will comprise a President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Members.
An independent selection committee and jury will be formed to oversee the selection process.
All procedures will be transparent and public.

All members of the committee will work free from political or personal interests.
Transparency, impartiality, and social decorum will be maintained.
Accountability to the media and society will be ensured.

All expenses for the award event will be borne by Anjaan Jee Foundation.
No government or political funds will be utilized.
For transparency, an annual report of income and expenditure will be presented at the Foundation’s meeting.

Any necessary amendments to the constitution can be made with the approval of the Executive Committee of Anjaan Jee Foundation.
This award will be completely non-political, non-governmental, and based on civil society.
No government or political pressure will be recognized on any committee activity.
In case of disputes, the decision of the jury will be final and binding.
